General Information

Cancellations/No shows: We require a 48 hour cancellation notice, 72 hours on Holidays & Major events failure to meet this requirement will result in a 1 nights charge. No shows will automatically be charged 1 night rental fee. 

Check-In/Out: St. George Island is on Eastern Standard Time (EST). Check-in time is after 3:00 pm. Check-out time is at 11:00 am. Late check-outs are available for a fee of $15.00 plus tax per hour until 2:00 pm. After 2:00 pm is a full day rental charge. May not apply if room is reserved that day.

Deposit:  A $200.00 cash deposit per person is required for anyone renting a room that is 18 to 21 years of age, if not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 18 without a parent or legal guardian present.

Occupancy: All rates are for double occupancy, with a maximum of five (5) persons per room. There will be an additional charge of $10.00 plus tax for each additional person 15 or over per night. Children 15 and younger are free. We have cribs and rollaways available for $10.00 plus tax a night.

No Smoking of any kind is allowed in the rooms, it is a $200 cleaning fee if caught smoking in rooms. 

Pets: POSITIVELY NO PETS ALLOWED. Exceptions – Service animals. A charge of $200.00 plus tax and one night’s stay will be charged if a pet is discovered in the room.  However, no pets are allowed on the Buccaneer Inn property which includes the parking lots. You will be asked to leave the property and there will be no refund for the room charges. Management has the right to inspect any room if a pet is suspected in the room. Any damages to the room will be the responsibility of the registered guest.
